This course comprehensively covers the curriculum outlined by the Canadian Council of Insurance Regulators. Participants will gain knowledge about various life and disability insurance types, with a focus on the agent’s responsibilities in relation to policies, applications, underwriting, and claims. The curriculum extends to understanding how clients can utilize annuities and segregated funds as income-producing savings products and investment vehicles. Additionally, the course addresses the ethical considerations integral to an insurance practice.
