Students must have the following documents in order to be accepted into a CACC Program:
- A completed and signed International Student Application
- Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) and/or Study Permit (depending on your country)
- Valid Passport
- Academic Transcripts
- High School, College, University or Technical School Diploma
- The CACC entrance exam (Wonderlic or Ontario Secondary School Diploma equivalence evaluation test)
- Proof of English proficiency test (see below)
Students who were educated in a country where English is NOT the official language are required to meet any ONE of the following language criteria:
- TOEFL: 500 PBT, 185 CBT, 74-76
- iBT TOEIC: 775
- IELTS: An overall score of 5.0
- Cambridge: CAE or CPC band of 5.5
- Pass Wonderlic Scholastic Level Exam (passing score of 16)
- Successfully complete the CLB level Nine of an approved ESL program
- Successfully complete an ESL course from an accredited language school, complete an international school year or foundations year pathways program
Or, provide a transcript documenting at least one year of post-secondary education where English was the only medium of instruction. This must be a full-time program where the applicant passed with a mark of at least 75% or B grade.
Students should send copies of their English language studies for an assessment and submit a certified copy of their transcripts to be evaluated by CACC as equivalent to a Canadian High School Diploma (Grade 12).

Submitting Your Application
You can email your completed and signed International Student Application and supporting documents to the campus address of your preference listed in the application form. If you are mailing your documents, please make sure that you leave ample time for us to receive your documents before the deadline. Late applications will not be processed.
Alternatively, you may email us your application and a scanned copy of all your documents to info@canadianallcare.com for Toronto campus and to admin@canadianallcare.com for Scarborough campus. Illegible copies will not be processed and may delay admission.
Non-refundable Application Fee
All new international students are required to pay a one-time, CDN $500 Application Fee. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be waived. Your application for admission cannot be reviewed unless we have received your CDN $500 non-refundable Application Fee.
The non-refundable application fee should be submitted in the form of a credit card payment, an international money order made payable to Canadian All Care College.
Upon successful admission at least 25% of the tuition fee has to be paid before an official letter of admission for visa purposes issued to the student. The student maybe asked to pay the entire fees before the classes will resume.

Our priority is to safely execute the college’s mission, which is the basis for the guidelines established for the College’s COVID-19 readiness plans for our international students.

Available Resources to prevent the spread of Covid-19
Fostering the safety of our international students takes a team effort and each of us has a role to play. The College will provide the following resources to support the well-being of our international students:
- PPE, which includes masks, face shields, hand sanitizers, for students and employees
- Clean facilities at an increased schedule with a focus on high-touch surfaces in common areas with availability of cleaning supplies in various campus locations
- Temperature screening stations in high traffic areas
- Website news and announcements
Pre-departure information for international students and their co-arriving family members:
- Students looking to enter Canada by “air” must quarantine for a three-day stay at one of the following authorized hotels in Toronto at their own expenses:
- Alt Hotel Pearson Airport, Fairfield Inn and Suites Toronto Airport, Four Points by Sheraton, Holiday Inn Toronto Pearson International Airport, Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto Airport, and Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel and Conference Centre.
- Students entering Canada through “land” borders need to take a test upon arrival, in addition to providing a negative test result from the 72 hours before entering Canada but they can quarantine at home or an accommodation of their choosing.
- Comply with all federal requirements relating to the 14-day quarantine, including the use of the ArriveCAN
- Comply with all provincial and institutional requirements including obtaining a COVID-19 test at the end of the quarantine period.
- Follow all provincial and local public health directions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in their community.
- Check the College website www.canadianallcare.com for updated current information on the Covid-19 situation in Canada as well as for an email address to answer questions from the current and prospective international students.
- Provide details about the transportation, quarantine accommodation arrangements, and logistics after meeting three days quarantine requirement.
- Follow CACC institutional policies and protocols relating to school attendance in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic (e.g. daily symptom screening).
- Buy health and medical insurance before entering Canada.
- Follow provincial and local public health requirements, direction, resources, and other information on COVID-19 of which students and their co-arriving family members should be aware (e.g. indoor masking requirements in public spaces.
- Download and complete the Government of Canada’s ArriveCAN app before arrival at the border and thereafter on a daily basis.
- International students and co-arriving immediate family members must follow the minimum quarantine requirements and arrangements as listed below:
- International students and co-arriving immediate family members are responsible for on-going self-monitoring and assessment of COVID-19 symptoms.
- International students and co-arriving family members must use ArriveCAN application after arrival in Canada, and for their daily symptom reporting.
- Arrange for appropriate individual accommodation options for the 14-day quarantine period, after the initial three-day quarantine period at a designated hotel, under the guidelines of the Government of Canada, as well as the requirements of the Public Health Agency of Canada.
- Ensure that the students and co-arriving family members are symptom-free and have a suitable isolation plan ensuring they will not be staying with vulnerable populations or living in a communal or group setting and will have access to the necessities of life.
- Consent to CACC for supervising the living standards of all quarantined international students throughout the 14-day quarantine period for COVID-19 symptoms, general well-being, compliance with quarantine requirements, with emphasis on individual COVID-19 infection control practices, including but not limited to food, and medical care.
- Contact CACC for reliable, accurate advice, if students experience any COVID-19 related stigma and anti-racism incidents.
- Contact the following private taxi to transport students and their co-arriving family members from the quarantine hotel in Toronto to their quarantine location at their own expenses:

- Allow a representative of ICT Team meet the students and the co-arriving family members at the hotel (three-day quarantine as per the Federal Government direction); actively screen the students and the co-arriving family members for COVID-19 symptoms, and accompany them to their quarantine accommodation.
- Students and their co-arriving family members acknowledge that they will:
- Use new surgical/procedural mask (e.g. medical masks) to use during their transportation.
- Physically distance from others and practice hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette during their travel to the place of quarantine.
- Must protect their health and safety ensuring when traveling between three-day hotel accommodation to their 14 day quarantine accommodation that the driver and all passengers must wear masks, wind down car windows (weather permitting), and that physical distancing (between travelers and with the driver) is supported by reduced passenger capacity.
- Students and the co-arriving family members will be taken directly to their quarantine accommodation without any planned or unplanned stops, except in cases of urgent medical care.
- Students and their co-arriving family member may contact the following hotel to quarantine for 14 days which aligns with federal and provincial requirements:

Note: The hotel has agreed to provide the students and co-arriving family members for quarantine or isolation, including the following:
- Private room for each student (or student’s co-arriving family members) with a private bathroom.
- Appropriate supports for individuals living with disabilities or other health conditions.
- No contact with seniors or individuals with chronic medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, lung problems, immune deficiency) outside of their co-arriving family members.
- Student acknowledges that if a student prefers to choose to quarantine in their private accommodations the College shall ensure that the proposed accommodation meets the federal and provincial requirements for quarantine. And, students and their co-arriving family members will arrange for themselves the essential needs throughout the full duration of the quarantine period, regardless of the setting of the quarantine accommodations, including:
- Food and water
- Medical care, including COVID-19 testing
- Sanitation services (including access to cleaning and disinfecting of their living spaces during the quarantine period)
- Laundry
- Surgical/procedure masks (e.g. medical masks)
- Educational supports as relevant
- Phone services
- Internet services
- Staff or one of the ICT members will check-in with the students and their co-arriving family members through phone, video call, text and email on a daily basis.
- Students and their co-arriving family members must contact one of the ICT members listed above if they develop symptoms or require medical care or any other essential needs.
- Comply with all federal, provincial, and applicable local requirements during their quarantine period
- Do not leave their quarantine accommodation except in the event of urgent medical care or to access private outdoor space that is part of their accommodation arrangements and is not accessible to others outside of the co-arriving family group (e.g. a private patio or balcony).
- Check-in with the College ICT members and the Canada Border Services Agency as required.
- Report their daily conditions on the ArriveCAN app daily.
- Contact the College if they require essential items, including food, water, internet, and other supplies to maintain their quarantine.
- Students and their co-arriving family members must learn about the March 2020 emergency orders under the Quarantine Act, specifically, the maximum penalties include a fine of up to $750,000 and/or imprisonment for six months, including if the students and their co-arriving family members causes a risk of imminent death or serious bodily harm to another person while wilfully or recklessly contravening the Act or the regulations could be liable for a fine of up to $1,000,000 or imprisonment of up to three years, or both.
- The students and their co-arriving family acknowledge that College has established protocols to conduct regular check-ins either in person or virtually by one of the ICT team members to address the following:
- Their quarantine requirements and the subsequent penalties they may face if they are in breach of the Quarantine Act, and
- Any institutional policies addressing students in breach of their quarantine.
- The College will contact Health Canada and local law enforcement and not to contact local public health in the event of a breach in quarantine by any student or co-arriving family members.
- Managing symptomatic individuals in quarantine
- If a student or a co-arriving family member develops signs and symptoms consistent with COVID-19, they will be advised to appropriate authorities.
- All students and their co-arriving family members to obtain a COVID-19 test at the end of their 14-day quarantine in one of the following locations:
- Testing at a local COVID-19 assessment centre or,
- Testing at a local pharmacy or community specimen collection centre.
- The student and their co-arriving partners are committed to complying with the following Act and procedures:
- Quarantine Act, as well as all regulations therein as applicable
- Reopening Ontario Act (A Flexible Response to COVID-19) Act, 2020, as well as all provincial regulations therein as applicable
- All applicable legislation and policies from the Ministry of Colleges and Universities
- Relevant provincial and local public health legislation and direction as per the Ministry of Health, Public Health Ontario, and their local public health unit.
- Practicing physical distancing of a minimum of 2 meters (6 feet) at all times.
- Wearing a face covering (i.e., non-medical mask) that covers the mouth, nose, and chine when indoors or when outdoors and physically distancing is not possible.
- Practicing regular hand hygiene, including having alcohol-based hand rub (minimum 60%) available around the campus to promote frequent handwashing.
- Practicing respiratory etiquette, such as coughing into sleeves and not hands or using a tissue followed by performing hand hygiene.
- self-isolate, not come to school, and seek medical care, which may include obtaining a COVID-19 test.
- Abiding by provincial indoor and outdoor gathering limits for in-person instruction.
