The Medical Office Administration (MOA) practicum is a crucial component that integrates theoretical knowledge gained throughout the program with real-world, hands-on experience. Upon completing the practicum, students will demonstrate:

  1. Reflective Practice: Develop a reflective practice by maintaining a daily journal of practicum experiences.
