This course provides students with essential knowledge for using and configuring a computer running Windows 11. It covers basic operating system features, app installation, file management, external devices, network connections, system settings configuration, and personalization of the Windows environment, including privacy features.

Upon completing this subject, students are expected to explain the Windows 11 operating system and demonstrate proficiency in navigating a computer system.

Objectives:

  2. Define best practices for file management procedures.
  3. Describe basic knowledge for navigating Windows apps.
  4. Safely and efficiently browse the internet.
  5. Explain the use of peripheral devices.
  6. Manage network and storage resources.
  7. Describe effective computer management.

  2. Personalize Windows settings.
  3. Implement personalization features.

  6. Access Action Center notifications.
  7. Navigate and use Universal Apps.
  8. Master controls for minimizing, maximizing, and closing apps.

By the end of the course, students will have the knowledge and practical skills to navigate and optimize a computer running Windows 11 efficiently.
