This subject offers students a comprehensive understanding of key human resources processes, practices, and systems. Students will gain familiarity with HR terminology, enabling them to address HR issues knowledgeably.

Upon completing this course, students should be able to summarize major human resources management processes and systems and apply them effectively in an office environment.
