This course empowers students to maximize the potential of Google’s Workspace cloud software, enabling them to efficiently tackle a wide range of daily productivity challenges using Google’s intuitive suite of online tools.

Upon completing this subject, students are expected to discuss how to leverage Google’s practical and free online tools effectively.

Objectives:

  1. State the concept of Google Workspace.
  2. List the main steps in managing files and folders in Google Drive.
  3. Identify common tasks in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  4. Explain how to insert objects in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  5. List the main features of Google Sheets.
  6. Explain how to send an email using the confidentiality mode.
  7. Describe the functionalities of Google Forms.

Upon completing this subject, students are expected to implement Google Workspace tools for various administrative tasks.

Objectives:

  1. Manage your online Google Calendar.
  2. Maintain files and folders in Google Drive storage.
  3. Customize folders and navigate Gmail accounts.
  4. Create high-quality spreadsheets, presentations, and documents in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
  5. Share, communicate, and collaborate effectively.
  6. Utilize Calendar, Contacts, and Keep for organization.
  7. Design and deploy custom forms.

By the end of this course, students will possess the skills and knowledge to seamlessly integrate Google Workspace tools into their daily tasks, enhancing productivity and collaboration.
