The subject will begin with an overview of landscape design principles and processes and then explore contracting, installation, maintenance, and professional specialization.

Objectives:

Provide an overview of landscape design. Explain the landscape design process. Discuss the landscape installation process. Discuss the landscape maintenance process. Talk about the uses and limitations of flowers in the landscape. Differentiate between an estimate and a bid. Prepare a bid for a landscape design and installation project. Explain the importance of contracts before starting a landscaping project.
