You will learn banking procedures and terminology, customer service skills, business communications, fraud prevention, current banking regulations, dealing with coworkers, ethical issues for bankers and relationship selling. Plus, you will also learn how to work directly with the customers and handle deposits, withdrawals, cash handling, bill payments and money orders.
