Students participating in remote or online assessments requiring visual confirmation will be required to verify their identity through video conferencing tools or other appropriate methods. This verification will occur before and, if necessary, during the assessment to ensure the student’s continuous presence and participation.

The visual data will only be used for identity verification during assessments and will not be disclosed to unauthorized parties.

Students will be informed about the specific requirements and procedures before participating in assessments requiring visual confirmation. They must provide explicit consent before engaging in such assessments.

Technical Requirements

Students will receive clear instructions regarding the technical requirements for visual confirmation. These instructions include the necessary devices, camera functionality, and internet connection quality.
