Learners

The College must be able to communicate effectively with its student body both formally and informally. Besides, the student body is a powerful source of information and can assist us in delivering excellence in everything we do. It, therefore, goes without saying that learners are primary customers and must have a voice that can and must shape the way the College carries out its mission.

The College engages with Learners at three different levels:

At Course Level: The College regularly holds engagement meetings with learners to listen to their view on their course; how it is taught, how it is assessed, the relevance and value of content, and the value of any final accreditation or progression route. The College will hold two meetings with students each academic year.

At Campus Level: The College must listen to the voice of learners at Campus Level, ensuring that the facilities, equipment, services, and support provided at a specific location are fit for purpose. The College will hold an annual campus-based meeting to hear the views of the student about the campus and facilities.

At College Level: The College will hold two meetings within the year to discuss the overall types, levels, and modes of education, including the curriculum content ensuring that learning is purposeful and carried out in a safe and environment.

The College uses this information to anticipate demand levels from the specific sector and key shifts in the curriculum requirements.

Alumni

The success of CACC depends upon a positive alumni relationship. This group is aware of the academic strength and post-graduate work opportunities we create for them.

Former students or alumni of CACC can play a positive role in promoting the College. It has the natural ability to build skills and knowledge-sharing networks. It, is, therefore, strategic for CACC to establish and maintain good relations with its alumni by inviting them in decision making, networking, and development processes towards the overall advancement of the College.

Alumni, can represent as the College Ambassadors and help us in achieving our enrolment goals, mentoring current students, assisting students in career advancement; helping the group to stay connected with each other, and providing valuable feedback to the institution.

There is a range of organizations such as the MCU Audit Office, the NACC, Accreditation Canada who have an interest in our compliance with the various statutory obligations.

Our activities to engage with these compliance organizations will be to engage and consult with them to ensure we are up to date on all specific requirements; inform them of issues we face in delivering our programs and seek advice on any matter which may impact our ability to comply with existing regulations.

Recruitment Agents

It plays an important role in representing an institution and recruit students; mentoring current ones, assisting students in career advancement; helping alumni to stay connected with each other, and providing valuable feedback to the institution.

It will be important for CACC to provide our agents coaching, training, program information as they become available and keep an open communication channel.

In case of any disputes, updated printed copies of CACC policies will take precedence over the policies published on our website. Download attachments: Canadian All Care College Sexual Violence and Harassment Policy.pdf
