Financial Aid and Awards
At CACC we believe that financial resources shouldn’t be a barrier to receiving an education. We have resources available to help you pay for your college education, and we encourage you to visit the Financial Aid Office of one of our campuses for more information.
OSAP (the Ontario Student Assistance Program)
OSAP aids through loans (money you pay back) and grants (money you don’t have to pay back). Additionally, if you demonstrate unmet need on your OSAP application, you may be considered by the ministry for the Student Access Guarantee, a source of non-repayable bursary funding.
Second Career may cover up to a maximum of $28000.00 for tuition, textbooks, transportation and basic living allowance. Additional support may be available to accommodate the needs of individuals with disabilities, dependent care, costs of living away from home for academic upgrading or ESL.
Other Financial Assistance Options:
- Bank loans & student lines of credit
- Registered education saving plans (resp)
- Lifelong learning plan
- Monthly payment plan
- Financial assistance if you are an out of province student
Please contact us for more information to see if you qualify for any of these financial assistance programs.
