Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
At Canadian All Care College (CACC), we are committed to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
As required under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005, all registered career colleges must take part in the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) survey process conducted by Forum Research Inc. on behalf of the Ministry of Colleges and Universities (MCU).
These surveys measure how well career colleges are meeting the needs of students and graduates, and how successfully our graduates transition into the workforce.
What Are KPIs?
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are standardized measures used across Ontario’s career colleges to evaluate performance in four main areas:
- 🎓 Graduation Rate – Percentage of students who successfully complete their program.
- 💼 Graduate Employment Rate – Percentage of graduates employed after completing their program.
- 🤝 Graduate Employment Rate in Field of Study – Percentage of graduates employed in a job related to their training.
- 🌟 Employer Satisfaction Rate – Percentage of employers satisfied with the skills and performance of our graduates.
These indicators provide valuable insights for prospective students, employers, and policymakers about the quality and outcomes of career college education in Ontario.
How the Data Is Collected
The KPI surveys are independently conducted by Forum Research Inc. and include:
- Student Satisfaction Survey: Completed by current students.
- Graduate and Employer Surveys: Conducted approximately six months after program completion.
The Ministry of Colleges and Universities reviews and validates the data to ensure accuracy and fairness.
